Pressure sensors perform precision conditioning

A Sensortechnics UK product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Nov 13, 2008

The HDI series from Sensortechnics performs precision digital signal conditioning to achieve ultra-high total accuracies.

An internal ASIC compensates sensor offset, temperature effects and non-linearity to allow for a Total Error Band (TEB) better than +/-0.5 per cent FSS.

The HDI series offers absolute, differential and gage pressure measurement in various ranges from 10 mbar up to 10 bar.

The HDI series offers absolute, differential and gage pressure measurement in various ranges from 10 mbar up to 10 bar.

The HDI pressure sensors provide digital interfaces with IC bus protocol and analogue 0.5 - 4.5V output signals.

The HDI series offers absolute, differential and gauge pressure measurement in various ranges from 10 mbar up to 10 bar.

The sensors feature unidirectional, bidirectional or barometric calibrations and are intended to be used with air and non-corrosive gases.

Optional 3V supply voltage versions and special low power devices make the HDI series suitable for battery powered applications.

Miniature SMT housings allow for space-saving PCB mounting and design flexibility.

Sensortechnics is able to provide fast and flexible modifications for all HDI pressure sensors based on custom specific requirements.
