Evaporative cooler removes nasty niffs
Not only does the Breezair unit provide evaporative cooling to factories, offices and buildings, but it also helps remove unpleasant odours from the workplace.
Cranden Diamond Products, a major diamond tool manufacturer, is using the Breezair system to provide a constant flow of fresh air through its cutting area to remove the smell of chemicals from the adjacent laboratory Situated in Cranbrook, Kent, Cranden Diamond Products employs a workforce of 40 and has a turnover of around GBP 2.5 million per annum

The world famous Wedgwood factory in Stoke on Trent has resolved the conundrum of how to meet heath and safety issues on cooling without introducing pollutants into the atmosphere.
Evaporative cooling clears the air
Following the successful launch of its revolutionary designed Breezair TBA evaporative air cooling unit, Seeley International (Europe) has released the Breezair Mobile.
The company manufactures electroplated and resin bond diamond and CBN tooling for a range of customers that include aeronautical and automotive industries, plastics and stone products and the tobacco industry.
Prior to the Breezair system being installed, the chemicals used to contaminate the air quality in the masking off area, which affected 10 of the company's employees masking off the diamond tools.
Looking for a means of removing and freshening the air rather than disguising the smell, Cranden Diamond Products contacted Breezair distributor, Heaters Wholesale, which advised on installing the Breezair system.
Regarded as the most advanced evaporative cooling technology in the world, the Breezair products use the same evaporative cooling methods as found by the sea or river to provide a constant flow of clean, healthy fresh air.
Unlike compress-type air conditioning, which would simply recirculate 80-90% of the same air causing an unpleasant increase in odours, the Breezair system draws off stale air replacing it with a constant supply of fresh, cool air.
The Breezair has not only improved the air quality at Cranden Diamond Products but also created a much healthier and cooler environment for the staff.
Far more versatile than conventional cooling methods, Breezair is capable of providing sufficient cool air to overflow and prevent hot air entering a building and can, through the efficient use of vertical ducts, direct cool air only to areas where it is needed.
Up to six times more economic to run than conventional air conditioning, Breezair helps create a more pleasant working environment which helps increase productivity by reducing operating temperatures.
