Secomak's hot air blowers provide a constant stream of hot air at temperatures up to 300C and are ideal for industrial drying, heating and curing.

Typical applications include print and coating drying (particularly water-based inks), web drying and heating the interiors of tanks, drums and containers to speed up drying.

Providing high power output in a compact size, they are easily added to existing processes with minimal disruption.

The blowers are also ideal for testing products and components at high temperatures and for creating a "hot box" without the need to install a full oven.

A range of control equipment maintains the temperature at a set level and also provides overtemperature protection should the airflow become blocked or a fault occur.

A variety of different filters, including HEPA filters, can be added to the fan inlet to provide a clean source of air where this is crucial for the process involved.

Standard combinations of fan/heater are available but other fans and blowers may also be used from Secomak's extensive range.
