Sensor is complete vision system in one

A Sensopart UK product story

New from Sensopart are CCD and CMOS vision sensors.

New from Sensopart are CCD and CMOS vision sensors.

This high-power range of sensors feature: stand-alone operation; a complete system in one compact housing; integrated illumination (and external option); teach-in and adjustment to the sensor or via PC (software included); digital switching output for good/bad signal; different measurement ranges and measurement field sizes; big tolerance range for position deviation; five "onboard" programmable memories; remote program selection via PLC; programs and memories exportable to PC or disc; automatic shutter control; easy to use software; and IP54 and industrial metal housings.

Using CCD and CMOS technology the sensor is programmed through a PC where the image area and patterns can be selected and adjusted individually for each program.

At just GBP 1200 this sensor is a fraction of the cost of a vision system but Sensopart reckons it is capable of many applications that previously would have required solutions three times its price and size.
