The ITV0000 is a new compact and lightweight electropneumatic regulator from SMC.

The ITV0000's compact size has been achieved by incorporating a simplified high-density circuit board.

This, with a weight of no more than 100g, gives more options and ease of use when installed with a DIN rail (which can be supplied with a manifold for up to 10 stations).

The unit has built-in one-touch fittings, an error indication LED, and a choice of cable connectors (straight or right angle type), together with the option of flat or L brackets.

This series has protection equivalent to IP65, and has linearity within +/-1% (full span), hysteresis 0.5% (full span), repeatability +/-0.5% (full span), and a high-speed response time of 0.1s (without load).

In addition, stable pressure control is achievable even when a metal sealed cylinder is used.

Pressure ranges from 0.1 to 0.9MPa are available, with 100kPa as a vacuum option.

Ideal applications for this product, all requiring precise pressure regulation for low flow rates, are weightless manipulation, glass cutting, welding, powder painting, and applications of suction and polishing in semiconductor production.
