Safe Technology's newly released fe-safe LE suite of fatigue analysis software for finite element models is to be incorporated into the mathematical simulation software AVL Excite.
Safe Technology is focused entirely on the development of fatigue analysis software and associated consultancy, training and support.
Belcan selected FE-Safe as its standard fatigue analysis tool because of its multiaxial strain life approach and probabilistic capabilities.
"We were impressed by Safe Technology's in depth fatigue knowledge and the company's commitment to the careful application of fatigue theory in the development of the software".
"Our engineers work on a wide variety of products, so we needed a fatigue tool that is flexible enough to support a range of analyses in a production consulting environment".
"We have used FE-Safe to perform accurate fatigue analyses on products as distinct as internal combustion engines, marine drive systems, pneumatic nail guns, industrial boilers and many other products".
"By using FE-Safe early in the design process, we are able to make recommendations that optimise design and save our customers time and money in the product development process", said David Creech, Programme Manager, Belcan Engineering Group.
