Seac expects to revolutionise the fixing of PVC-u fascias, soffits and bargeboards with its innovative new polymer-headed pin and nail design being launched at this year's Interbuild exhibition at the NEC in Birmingham.

The new patented design was developed after extensive customer research which showed a desire for an even more unobtrusive fixing than currently available, to give a superior aesthetic finish to the final installation.

Using a patented technology, SEAC's new pins and nails are rendered almost invisible, enhancing PVC-u roofline installations.

They give the invisible look of a click system but with the security that is synonymous with the Polytop brand.

Seac will also be launching a truly colourfast range of pins and nails with a 10 year guarantee.

The new range consists of seven guaranteed colourfast colours which have been developed for use with wood grain and foiled PVC-u cellular board, which also carries a 10 year guarantee.

Architects and builders will now be able to specify guaranteed colourfast pins and nails for use with guaranteed board to ensure a professional installation with fixings that will not fade.

In addition to the new ranges, Seac will also be launching a unique selection of fasteners for specialist applications.

These include fluorescent, luminescent, aromatic, thermochromic and hygienic fixings, with applications ranging from sign fixing to garden furniture.
