Sentek has redesigned its knife probe for the measurement of pH in foodstuffs.
Sentek has redesigned its knife probe for the measurement of pH in foodstuffs.
The new design enables cleaning of the probe, and stainless steel tip to be easily cleaned, thus avoiding possible contamination problems.
The probe can be used with any make of pH meter.
