Gordon Styles, the former owner and managing director of Styles Rapid Prototyping and a business executive of the year, is back in business as chief executive of Springer Rapid Industries, the UK's first single-source project management supplier of world-leading rapid tooling and production services to companies in all industry sectors.
Specialising in the design, prototyping and production of both low- and high-volume plastic parts measuring up to 4m in length and weighing up to 80kg (and larger), as well as the design and manufacture of the appropriate prototype and production tooling, Gordon Styles guarantees that Springer Rapid Industries will be able to supply every customer with high-quality components in quicker timescales and at lower costs than they currently can obtain.
Depending on complexity, size, shape and volume, components can either be injection, compression or rotational moulded, high-pressure formed or produced by RIM (reaction injection moulding).
