Rulon 123 is a glossy black nonabrasive PTFE compound developed for softer mating surfaces.

Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics' Rulon 123 is being used as a sealing material in EGR Systems It can by used in EGR valves as well as in EGR bypass systems

It is being used in emissions reduction devices for the automotive industry.

Rulon 123 is a glossy black nonabrasive PTFE compound developed for softer mating surfaces.

It features high resistance to deformation, a low coefficient of friction and good thermal and electrostatic dissipation.

It also maintains enough rigidity over the temperature range to hold a good seal, which is critical in EGR applications.
