The software can be used on a Touch Screen Control PC based, 12" full colour touch screen interface with Microsoft Windows XP operating system, solid state memory, 640 x 480 resolution, RAM working memory, flash memory (storage), Ethernet port and USB port.

InsertionLogic provides flexibility to meet Lean Manufacturing requirements and being network ready, the systems intuitive, step by step interface makes the creation of parts programming simple providing the capability to prepare fastener insertion programs off-line, ideal for production planning and work release sequences.
On-board storage for virtually unlimited work, recallable by either customer name, part number, print or work release number enable the user to have consistent part quality, part revision and a complete inserted fastener history.
