Johnson and Johnson, the world's leading baby care brand has rewarded Shell's excellence in customer service with its prestigious Silver Award.
Johnson and Johnson, the world's leading baby care brand has rewarded Shell's excellence in customer service with its prestigious Silver Award.
The sought-after award recognises Shell's contribution to the smooth running of the Johnson and Johnson plant in Colombia with tailored technical support and after sales care.
The annual suppliers award is presented to companies that assist Johnson and Johnson in achieving its goals of exceptional levels of operational performance and efficiency.

The Johnson and Johnson plant in Columbia manufactures baby health products including shampoo, which are sold within Colombia and exported to surrounding countries including Venezuela, Mexico, Peru, Bolivia and the Caribbean.
Shell provides the plant with oil storage equipment and around 1300m3/year of high quality process oil used as a raw material in the baby health products, helping the Colombian plant to achieve high levels of product quality and increased customer satisfaction.
