Severn Unival has opened a new Service Centre for customers in Grangemouth and the central belt of Scotland
at Falkirk Severn Unival, the control valve and actuation aftermarket services specialist, has opened a new Service Centre for customers in Grangemouth and the central belt of Scotland following the acquisition of Vesco Services at Falkirk.
Severn Unival's full range of control valve repair, diagnostic and management services will now be available at Falkirk, complementing the workshop's established activities with safety relief valves and mechanical isolation valves.
The Falkirk facility extends Severn Unival's existing UK workshop network at Aberdeen, Teesside, Huddersfield, Winnington and Gloucester.
The company provides a comprehensive range of services to customers in the offshore and onshore oil and gas, power generation and chemical processing industries.
Services include workshop or on-site repair and commissioning, valve failure analysis, valve performance and trend analysis, custom engineered control valve solutions, application engineering, retrofitting and spare parts supply.
All services are performed with appropriate ISO EN 9001 and PED accreditation.
Four skilled workshop staff are employed at Falkirk, led by Service Centre Manager Dave Robertson.
Commenting on the acquisition of Vesco Services , Severn Unival General Manager Jonathan Jones said: "This excellent new facility strengthens our relationships with existing customers in the area as well as giving us the opportunity to increase our customer base".
