The Sharpmark Labelling System comprises easy to use software and printable sheets so you can print professional-looking labels yourself using a laser printer.
Labels last longer on network cabling
Novel self-laminating laser labels are designed to cope with the increasingly harsh environments that network cabling has to tolerate.
These installations are undertaken in extreme and demanding conditions, often out on rough seas.
Network Connections USA specialises in achieving state of the art communications solutions in difficult conditions under tight time scales, and the company uses the Sharpmark labelling system.
Graham Barker, Company Owner and Technical Director of Network Connections USA explained: "With the Sharpmark labelling software and label sheets we can easily preprint 90% of the labels for the installation before the job is complete, which saves us time".

Dryer refurbishment showcases skills
The decision by Lafarge Aggregates to bring a major piece of equipment back into operation gave engineering company Ace Arc the opportunity to use all its welding and fabrication expertise.
"This is particularly useful for prenumbering the installation from the patch panels to the data jack".
"We use the Sharpmark system because it's quick, easy to understand and very portable to the job site".
"We always come across old and new patch panels and the Sharpmark system enables us to renumber any different panels very easily just using a laptop and standard laser printer".
"This means we can give the customer a correct, understandable number system for their data network".
Working on cruise ships presents its own particular challenges, as Graham explains: "You have to get it right from the start, when you are out at sea or in some other country it is difficult to get anything delivered, especially in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean".
"We have to convert many data network labelling projects from Italian to US English, which can be a long task reading the blueprints and relabelling".
"The spaces are small and the engineering standards at sea are so high, we have to exceed everyone's expectations".
Graham concluded that the key benefits of Sharpmark's labelling solutions were flexibility and low cost, along with the technical support for new projects, which he said: "Put this system way ahead of the competition".
For this reason Barker decided to become the US distributor for Sharpmark labelling solutions.
He said: "You could say that I liked the product so much, I bought the company".
"I use this system week after week and can talk to fellow installers as a user as well as a distributor".
