Schurter has expanded its PTC-Fuse family with two ranges of devices for telecomms applications.
Schurter has expanded its PTC-Fuse family with two ranges of devices for telecomms applications Both the radial-leaded PFRT series and surface-mounting PFMT series feature high-voltage surge withstand capabilities
All the new devices offer interrupt ratings of 250V/3A, withstand lightning power induction, and comply with ITU K.20/K.21 specifications.
The operating voltage of 60V and the hold current of 120mA make these PTC-Fuses ideal for use as a secondary overcurrent protection device in telecomms applications such as customer premise and central office equipment and in subscriber line interface cards.
The PFMT comes in surface-mount packaging for automated assembly in quantities of 2000 per reel; the PFRT can be supplied either in bulk, 500 pieces per bag, or in 3000 pieces taped and reeled. Request a free brochure from Schurter ...
