Mount solves tricky installation problem
The new Teardrop PolyMount is the latest design addition to S and W Manufacturing's PolyMount leveller product line.
The new Teardrop PolyMount is the latest design addition to S and W Manufacturing's PolyMount leveller product line This new leveller solves the problem of how to drill for and install a lag bolt through a leveller without moving the machine it supports
The teardrop-shaped base offsets the single lag hole in the base to the outside of the machine footprint.
This provides the clearance necessary to drill the lag bolt hole using a large drill.
The lag hole in the base is sized for up to a 0.5in diameter bolt.
Depending on the thread size, capacity ranges from 5000 to 7500lb.
The one-piece studs have an integrated ball and are available in either zinc-plated steel or stainless steel and in inch or metric threads.
The base is glass-reinforced nylon and is also available with an optional non-skid pad.
