Sira Test and Certification recently completed an ATEX compliance project at the Corus Redcar and Southbank sites.
The certification needed completion within the record period of one month, in order for the formal transfer to take place.
Ben Weager, Engineering Manager at Siemens Flow Instruments explains: "Sira was the only certification body to guarantee completion of the certification project within such unusually tight timelines.
These kinds of projects normally take twelve or more weeks to complete.
Thanks to Sira we met the deadline and the acquisition by Siemens was successfully concluded".
