The Sitrans TF2 transmitter delivers information to the user on measured temperature and upward/downward violation of limits.

Siemens Automation and Drives recently launched its own Safety Integrated initiative, which includes everything from failsafe PLCs and I/O modules to emergency stop buttons and light curtains.
It features a 5-digit digital display behind a glass cover, which is available as a radial or axial assembly to the process connection.
Three local pushbuttons allow for easy reranging and adjustment of parameters.
The Pt100 based sensor is supplied complete with a 316 stainless steel screwed protective pocket/thermowell, making for simple installation and easy removal of the sensor without disrupting the process.
Additional features include: two-wire 4-20mA output; 0.01C resolution at highest range; housing of high-grade steel; and suitability for process temperature ranges from -50 to +200C.
