For his part, Lonsdale is keen to make a significant impact at a company that clearly has huge potential and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience.
A graduate in engineering science from the University of Warwick, Lonsdale has 22 years experience in marketing, sales and sales management with major international companies in electrical manufacturing.
His range of experience encompasses oil and gas, OEMs, end users, consulting engineers, construction, contracting, and installation markets, as well as managing his own business.
Originally from Sheffield, Lonsdale has moved around the UK, managing to resist the lures of Cambridgeshire until now.
