SI Pressure Instruments has developed a new menu-driven specialist calibration software package for deadweight testers.

PressCal meets the changing demands of industry and complies with BS/EN/ISO9000 quality system requirements.

PressCal allows users to apply all the necessary corrections such as local gravity, temperature, pressure head etc to enhance the pressure measurement accuracy of the deadweight tester.

This innovative software is preloaded with deadweight tester's specific details.

It also gives pressure equivalent calculations with all corrections applied, and an audit trail of each calibration point.

Calibration data are processed live, and a calibration certificate can be produced in one keystroke, with customer details maintained in a separate customer file which can be retrieved and inserted automatically into the calibration certificate.

Although PressCal is primarily designed for use with SI Pressure Instruments' deadweight testers it can also be used with other manufacturers' products.
