Sartorius is to integrate its Boekels and GWT brands under the Sartorius brand name.

Sartorius is to integrate its Boekels and GWT brands under the Sartorius brand name The Sartorius brand is synonymous with quality process weighing equipment and the change will allow the company to clearly communicate the full range of products available

Boekels has built a strong reputation in its own right, as a manufacturer of checkweighers and metal detectors, including the recently launched Observer metal-in-foil detector.

GWT is a renowned manufacturer of load cells and process controllers for vessel weighing applications.

The complete range of Boekels and GWT products will continue to be available as the rebranding takes place over the coming months.

Steve Ellis, Industrial Business Manager for Sartorius explained the move: "We are working more and more on projects that utilise equipment from the different areas of our business, creating seamless links between scales, load cells, checkweighers and metal detectors to enable a smooth and traceable production process".

"We felt it was time to simplify how we define our range, in order to help our customers see how the various stages of weighing throughout a site can and should be connected".

The rebranding of Boekels and GWT products brings all of Sartorius' core industrial competences under a single name.

Customers will still be able to access the full range from their local Sartorius representative, or via the company's website. Request free introductory details about products from Sartorius UK ...
