SJC Hutchinson Engineering, which specialises in laser cutting, folding and fabrication, has opened H360, a company that focusses on engineering design from concept through to production.
It also encompass finishing of materials such as stainless steel and aluminium.
H360 uses 3D software to highlight any modifications required before prototype.
It also provides visualisation of the product at market-research stage.
After designing the prototypes, H360 can run full production in house, cutting lead times and costs.
H360 also offers a range of finishes on the product: wet paint, zinc plating, galvanising, powder coating and polishing.
These finishes can help improve the aesthetics and make the product more adept at dealing with its environment.
