Nabtesco Precision produces a wide range of zero backlash gear component sets.

Nabtesco Precision produces a wide range of zero backlash gear component sets for integration into the heart of machines.

The HDF pancake component sets are the narrowest available.

They use a single wave generator and are recommended for light duty speed reduction and phasing applications.

They are available in six sizes with ratios from 80:1 and maximum output torques up to 655Nm.

The HDR pancake uses a double wave generator and offers a higher torque capacity than the HDF and should be used in applications requiring heavier service or shock loads.

Six sizes of the HDR are available with ratios starting at 80:1 and maximum output torques up to 3005Nm.

The HDA has a large centre through hole and has a modified wave generator hub configured for support bearings.

They are available in six sizes with ratios starting at 80:1 and maximum output torques up to 3005Nm.

The HDB is a 1:1 differential drive transmission with offsetting internal gear ratios for on the fly print registration control.

They drive the print roll at a 1:1 ratio when no trim is needed.

If trim is needed, low power rotation of either wave generator provides precise register adjustment.

Applications include print registration, semiconductor machines, robotics and factory automation.
