Nabtesco HKS zero backlash cup component sets from Servotechnic offer all the benefits of a standard cup set in a compact design 50% shorter than the standard size component set.
They are available in five sizes (14 to 40) and ratios ranging from 50:1 to 160:1 depending on size.
The units offer improved stiffness in a more compact design along with: output torques range from 18 to 647Nm; excellent positional accuracy and repeatability; short axial length; efficiencies as high as 85%; and long life and high reliability.
Applications include robotics, semiconductor processing equipment, life sciences and laboratory automation.
