A new features a whole host of features on hybrid and can stack actuators manufactured by Haydon Switch.

Servotechnic has welcomed the launch of an updated website from Haydon Switch, a company for which it acts as the exclusive UK agent.

The new website went live 18th May and features a whole host of new features on the hybrid and can stack actuators that Haydon manufactures.

At www.hsi-inc.com visitors will now find a left side navigation bar that shows them where they are in relation to other products at all times.

In the upper left corner there is a product selector.

By entering values into the three fields the website calculates the required power for the motion profile and makes a recommendation of up to three motors that fit these requirements.There are now new product series overview pages that compare the relevant characteristics of each motor in a particular product family.

A representative locator feature that allows a customer to more easily find the HSI sales representative for their territory.

The user can now create custom 3D models and 2D drawings of Haydon linear actuators and lead screw assemblies.

Use of this feature requires a user to register with Haydon which will allow them to capture and track all files that are downloaded.

This will enable them to offer first class assistance to the customer with their application as they will have the selection criteria to hand at all times.

Applications for the Haydon stepper actuators include semiconductor machines, pick and place, office and laboratory automation and medical devices.
