Servotechnic, the UK agent for Haydon Switch, is offering a rapid prototype service for the latest range of leadscrews and nuts

Custom prototypes to customer specifications can typically be delivered within two weeks and the competitive pricing that Servotechnic offer includes delivery to UK locations The range of screws are available in diameters of 3/16, 7/32, 1/4 and 3/8in with a comprehensive range of thread leads from 0.024in right up to 1.25in

The screws are available uncoated or with the patented Black Ice coating for applications where grease is not permitted.

Three styles of nut are available for the screws offering a variety of solutions for different applications: Standard freewheeling nut; 'C' Style compression anti-backlash nut; 'W' Style wedge anti-backlash nut; 'T' Style torsional (adjustable) anti-backlash nut.

Standard and bespoke flanges are also available.

Screw ends can be machined or ground to your exact requirements meaning you receive a finished product ready to integrate straight into your application.

Applications for the Haydon leadscrews include XY tables, semiconductor machines, robotics and laboratory automation.
