Hybrid linear actuators provide new design options

A Servotechnic product story

The 35000 series double stack hybrid linear actuators are available in three designs - captive, noncaptive and external linear versions.

Servotechnic has released the Haydon 35000 series (size 14) double-stack hybrid linear actuators, which occupy a minimal 35mm2 space and provide high performance, endurance and new linear motion design opportunities.

The 35000 series double stack hybrid linear actuators are available in three designs - captive, noncaptive and external linear versions.

They are available in resolutions from 0.0158 to 0.127mm per step and deliver thrust voluntarily limited to 222N to avoid compromising their long lives.

These models can also be micro stepped for even finer resolution.

They incorporate engineering thermoplastics in the rotor drive nut and a stainless steel acme lead screw engineered to assure reliability and performance.

Typical applications include medical equipment, semiconductor handling, valve control, X-Y tables, handheld instruments and telecommunications.

In addition to standard configurations, Haydon can custom design these actuators to meet specific application requirements.
