Shaped mounts absorb more vibration
M- and V-style natural rubber vibration and shock mounts feature lower vertical spring rate and superior horizontal stiffness when compared with conventional circular rubber mountings.
A new series of 15 M-style and V-style natural rubber vibration and shock mounts from Stock Drive Products feature lower vertical spring rate and superior horizontal stiffness when compared with conventional circular rubber mountings Typical applications for these uniquely designed units include their use in instrument panels, refrigerators, air compressors, vibration conveyors, vibration sieves, pumps, diesel engines and other industrial machinery producing rotating and/or reciprocating movement

Handbook of inch drive components
The process of selecting small inch size drive components for new prototypes or production applications just became easier.
The narrow configuration of the four M-style base mounts, identified as the A 10Z46M Series, make them ideal for use in areas where adequate space may not be available.
These units range in width and height from 30 to 50mm, and from 69 to 117mm, respectively.
Their 60 durometer natural rubber is excellent for use in controlling vibrations of 10Hz or higher.
M-style units are stocked for static load ranges of between 15 to 125kg.
The eleven V-style mountings, identified as the A10Z45M Series, are stocked in three configurations designed to isolate static loads ranging from 4 to 900kg.
These 45 durometer natural rubber isolators range in length and width from 60 to 288mm, and from 30 to 180mm, respectively.
A base-mounted style comes complete with a rubber pad bonded to the bottom of the steel base plate to further enhance isolation performance in machinery mounting applications.
