Base-mounted stainless-steel knitted mesh vibration mounts from Stock Drive are for where corrosive environments could cause conventional isolation materials to fail or operate at reduced efficiency.

Two base-mounted stainless-steel knitted mesh vibration mounts from Stock Drive Products are for marine, aerospace and machine shop applications where corrosive environments could cause conventional isolation materials to fail or operate at reduced efficiency.

The stainless steel springs and knitted pads are unaffected by oil, water, ozone, bacteria, corrosion or temperature extremes (no efficiency change between -70 and +175C.

The A10Z22 light-duty mounts are for marine, aircraft and other mobile applications and conform to MIL-E-5400 and AIR7303 specifications.

The series consists of 10 mounts ranging in static load capacities from 0.7 to 60kg.

The units are enclosed in an aluminium alloy base, housing and mounting cap.

The dynamic characteristics include a transverse and axial (vertical) ratio stiffness of approximately 1:2.5.

Their natural frequency is equal to 7 to 10Hz vertical and 4.5 to 6Hz transverse depending on load for a displacement input of +/-0.75 mm.

Transmissibility is less than 4:1.

The units with a long cap have a free height of 44.6mm and units with a short cap have a free height of 40mm with a base dimension of 60.5mm sq.

Unit weights range from 100 to 125g.

The A10Z28 heavy-duty mounts are for machine tools, motors, generator sets, printing presses, textile machinery and pumps operating above 2500rev/min.

This series consists of six mounts ranging in static load capacities from 4.55 to 453.5kg.

The natural frequency of the units is 13 to 17Hz for an amplitude of +/-0.3mm.

The resilient material used is knitted stainless steel mesh.

Aluminium alloy coated with Alochrome 1200 is used for the housings.

Unit free height is 48.6mm, with a maximum compressed height of 36.6mm.

Base dimensions are 76.2mm sq.

Unit weight is 180g.
