Handbook of inch drive components
The process of selecting small inch size drive components for new prototypes or production applications just became easier.
The couplings are used for tension control of film or tape devices and in applying friction loads to test components.
They feature precision and stable limit torque calibration (0.035 to 1.695Nm).
Identified as the S9941YM Series, they are designed to fit shafts ranging in diameter from 3 to 16mm.
Coupling diameters and length range from 12.7 to 57.15mm and 22.6 to 57.15mm, respectively.
When the load exceeds the limit torque of the slip coupling, the two shafts rotate relative to each other at the full limit torque.
The standard coupling is designed to operate with 3-degree angular or linear misalignments of up to 0.25mm between the two shafts.
The mounting hole diameters of the slip couplings can differ for the two ends, so that different diameters of "inline" shafts can be coupled together.
Prices start at $76.09 for single unit quantity.
Delivery is from stock.
