SKF's System MultiPoint is a novel automatic lubricator for multiple grease lubrication points.

It can automatically lubricate each point simultaneously with the correct amount of lubricant and therefore removes human error and neglect in installations where multiple lubrication points prove to be time consuming and liable to be forgotten.

With research showing that 36% of all bearings fail prematurely due to incorrect lubrication, System MultiPoint will facilitate longer bearing life and increased uptime.

System MultiPoint's high-pressure capability of 40bar allows grease to be dispensed at the high rates required in multiple bearing applications.

Feed lines can be run to five metres in length, with up to eight lines simultaneously connected to the lubricator.

An electronic alarm function warns of blocked feed lines and empty cartridges, and a machine steering function stops the lubricator operating when a machine isn't running.

Also included with System MultiPoint is Dialset, a relubrication calculation program.

Dialset automatically calculates the correct grease-dispensing rate for each bearing to prevent both over and under lubrication.

As a compact, easy to install unit, System MultiPoint can be fitted without the assistance of a technician and is supplied ready for use with all accessories, including 100 metres of tubing.

It is supplied, tested and approved for use with all SKF greases and uses standard, SKF 420ml grease cartridges.

System MultiPoint can be used with ball, roller, slewing and plain bearings, chains, linear guidance systems and gears.

It is particularly suitable for applications involving pump and motor combinations, fans, cranes, conveyors, crushers, mixers, lifts and elevators.
