Condition monitoring thermometer comes to hand
The ThermoPen TMTP 200 is a general purpose, pocket-size contact thermometer for a wide variety of applications within the engineering, industrial, electrical and automotive sectors.
The ThermoPen TMTP 200 is a general purpose, pocket-size contact thermometer for a wide variety of applications within the engineering, industrial, electrical and automotive sectors.
The temperature of an application can provide maintenance engineers with valuable information about the condition of machinery and bearings.
Accurate temperature measurement therefore allows maintenance engineers to intervene before over-heating leads to equipment failure and unnecessary downtime.
The new SKF ThermoPen's sturdy, but flexible, probe tip helps ensure effective surface contact for accurate temperature measurement.
With just one touch operation, temperature readings can be made, in either degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit, over a range from -40 to +200C.
Additionally, a max function allows the user to hold the maximum temperature measured.
With an average battery life of 4kh and an automatic switch-off function after 5min, the SKF ThermoPen's power consumption is extremely low.
Rated IP 65, the SKF ThermoPen is extremely durable with high water and drop resistance and an integrated rubber grip for extra sturdiness.
