Seal company highlights ability to deliver
Economos is preparing to launch a campaign emphasising its ability to produce and deliver virtually any size of seal anywhere in the UK, usually within hours of receiving an order
Specialist seal company Economos is preparing to launch a campaign aimed at increasing its market share in the manufacturing sector.
The centrepiece of the company's new business drive will be an emphasis on its ability to produce and deliver virtually any size of seal anywhere in the UK, and usually within hours of receiving an order.
Economos is focusing on the fact that manufacturing is particularly sensitive to breakdowns in the production process.
This, they say, is an industry problem that Economos is better equipped to handle than its competitors, as their customers in the Food and Beverage, Automotive Processing and Engineering sectors can testify.
The company intends to promote its rapid delivery service, which uses the 12 Economos local manufacturing centres around the UK to provide customers with fast track supplies of seals, gaskets and other components.
The company's research has revealed that Britain's manufacturing industry suffers over ?1million in lost production each year due to breakdowns.
This, they anticipate, will be a strong factor in persuading production managers that Economos' fast service and quality products make them best able to reduce a production line's down time.
Economos Sales and Marketing Director Paul Chambers said: "Most major manufactures keep their production lines running round the clock, so production lost due to a breakdown can't ever be made up.
Interruptions to the manufacturing process costs money, and the longer the interruption lasts the more expensive it gets.
Our unbeatable product range and fast track delivery service can help to considerably reduce those losses." As Paul Chambers worked with his marketing and sales teams to put the finishing touches to the campaign, he explained their strategy: "It's a straightforward proposition: down time on the line means money lost.
Our seals and components perform better and last longer than traditional seals.
If a breakdown does occur, then our 24-hour support service will have the line up and running again quicker than anyone else could do.
On that basis we believe that most production managers will allow Economos an opportunity to show what we can do." -- END --.
