Sealant Equipment and Engineering MicroMeter systems dispense precision 'shots' or beads of single- or plural-component adhesives or sealants.

Sealant Equipment and Engineering MicroMeter systems dispense precision 'shots' or beads of single- or plural-component adhesives or sealants.

The systems are designed to dispense micro-shots ranging in size from 0.01 to 10cm3, depending on the model.

Sealant MicoMeter systems are powered by a pneumatic or optional servo drive.

Servo systems are ideal for precision beads, while air-powered systems are used for shot-dispensing applications.

MicroMeter systems feature power inlet and outlet valves, coupled positive-displacement metering cylinders and rods to insure metering and flow rate consistency.

The systems are manufactured to be fixtured; their flexible controls readily integrate into automation.
