Sealant Equipment and Engineering's 2200-245 Series of Tip-Seal Kiss valves is engineered to provide high-performance automated application of beads or drops of adhesive and sealant materials such as silicone, urethane or other moisture-sensitive materials.

Equipped with standard severe-duty components, the double air operated valve series features high flow rates due to its less restrictive internal design.

This increase in flow rate translates into lower supply pump operating pressure, less downtime, and reduced maintenance costs.

To further increase life cycle, Sealant Equipment's Tip-Seal Kiss valves incorporate a carbide hardened, integrated needle-and-nozzle assembly equipped with an abrasion-resistant seal.

The valves' stainless-steel spring ensures instantaneous shut-off when the valves are closed if main air pressure is lost.

The valve's compact size and numerous drill-throughs and locator holes provide the capability of applying various materials manually, fixtured or robotically.

The wide array of configurations accommodates a variety of production requirements.

Multiple valves can be supplied from one common material header and transfer pump station.
