The MicroMeter III meter/mix system dispenses precision beads of mixed, two-component reactive resins (silicone, epoxy etc).

The MicroMeter III meter/mix system dispenses precision beads of mixed, two-component reactive resins (silicone, epoxy etc) The system is designed to dispense micro-beads whose total volume is from 0.02 to 3cm3, depending on the ratio

Dispensing precision beads with a servo system - including patterns with a complex bead path - is faster and easier with the MicroMeter III system than ever before.

The user can vary the dispense flow rate with a 0-10V DC signal to the servo controller, which is readily interfaced with the automation.

The MicroMeter III system's components are remote mounted as many applications use a small x-y-z table.

Only the dispense valve is fixtured over the part.

This remote mounting makes both the meter and controls easily accessible.
