Sealant Equipment and Engineering has upgraded its ISO certification for precision manufacturing of meter/mix/dispense equipment to ISO9001:2000.

Sealant Equipment and Engineering has upgraded its ISO certification for precision manufacturing of meter/mix/dispense equipment to ISO9001:2000 - the latest ISO standard for quality management systems.

The certification was granted by Chamber Certification Assessment Services.

"The new ISO9001:2000 standard requires greater emphasis on feedback and tracking of customer satisfaction and continuous improvement", said Sealant Equipment President Nick Schultz.

"The new standard requires that Sealant Equipment infuse the ISO system throughout its business practices and strategies.

It also means that Sealant Equipment remains committed to maintaining and improving its business relationships with customers", Schultz explained.

The company received its initial ISO registration in 1998.
