The 2600-003 Series positive-displacement metering valve is designed to dispense precisely repeatable, small-volume shots of low- to high-viscosity adhesive and sealant materials and lubricants.

Sealant Equipment and Engineering's new 2600-003 Series positive-displacement metering valve is designed to dispense precisely repeatable, small-volume shots of low- to high-viscosity adhesive and sealant materials and lubricants The 2600-003 Series valve's all-pneumatic, double-acting design is ideal for automated, repetitive, high-speed dispensing such as x-y-z automated applications, fixtured automation or robot-tool-mounted dispensing

It may be mounted to fixed or movable tooling and activated by automation, hand or footswitch actuator.

The valve will meter and dispense a preset shot of a single component material.

Shot volumes are manually adjustable and range from 0.015 to 2.0cm3.

Common applications include: dispensing RTV silicones or similar materials to seal electronic components, such as sensors; bonding parts together during product assembly; and, assembly of moving parts, such as load-bearing components, that require exact amounts of grease, oil or lubricant.

Sealant's 2600-003 metering valve features hardened internal components and wear resistant seals.

It is available in stainless steel for dispensing highly corrosive materials.
