Sealant Equipment and Engineering has published a new catalogue on material dispense valves for applying adhesives, sealants and lubricants.

The new 12-page brochure, its 40th year edition, can be downloaded from the company's website or ordered in hard copy.

The brochure has eight product sections and features: principles of valve design, Snuf-Bak valves; Tip-Seal valves; Kiss and No-Drip valves; two-part valves, mixers and shrouds; fluid control and metering valves; material regulators and dispense nozzles and valve accessories.

The brochure includes new products such as the new 2600-041 Kiss Snuf-Bak valve, new nickel-plated 2200-245 Kiss valves and the new 2200-545 Mini-Mix dispense valve with bayonet-style disposable mixers.

These products are used to dispense epoxy, urethane, silicone and acrylic for bonding, gasketting, coating, potting and filling applications in aerospace, appliance, defence, electronics, filters, marine, medical, sporting goods, automotive, truck and bus assembly applications.

Also displayed are specialty valves that have been engineered for custom application solutions.

These dispense valves are adapted to dispensing systems for single-component materials and meter-mix dispensing systems for two-component materials.
