The Snuf-Bak feature provides a suction-action when the valve closes to eliminate or reduce strings and fluid drips from the dispense tip.
The new 2600-041 Snuf-Bak Dispense Valve is only 38mm square and 89mm long and is rated for 275bar.
The valve is double air actuated with two 1/8 NPT ports for a four-way pneumatic valve connection.
The divorced-design fluid body has two 1/4 NPT fluid inlet ports and a 1/4 NPT dispense port to accept a wide variety of available nozzles.
The 2600-041 dispense valve has two user features.
The body has two holes for 10 or M6 screw and two 0.25in dowel holes for accurate mounting.
The valve may be mounted to robot tooling, automation fixtures or available manual handle assemblies.
Also, the fluid suction volume can be controlled and locked in place with a set-screw adjustment.
2600-041 Snuf-Bak dispense valves are robotically, automatically and manually used to dispense single-part epoxy, urethane, silicone, PVC and acrylic for bonding, gasketting, coating, potting and filling applications in aerospace, appliance, contractor, defence, electronics, filters, marine, medical, sporting goods, automotive, truck and bus assembly dispensing applications.
