The Servo-Flo 401 is engineered to dispense thixotropic and cohesive materials such as one-part silicones, epoxies, urethanes and heat or ambient cure materials

Sealant Equipment and Engineering's Servo-Flo 401 servo-motor drive meter system is designed to apply small precision beads and small precisely metered shots of adhesives, sealants or lubricant materials from 1 to 8.5cm3 in robotic and manual dispensing applications.

This electric meter is engineered to dispense thixotropic and cohesive materials such as one-part silicones, epoxies, urethanes and heat or ambient cure materials.

The design incorporates positive rod displacement precision metering of fluids in a small, lightweight meter.

It provides precise and repeatable precision bead profiles and variable-flow-rate metered shot volumes.

It improves production rates, product quality and reduces manufacturing costs in adhesive, sealant and lubrication dispensing applications.

The Servo-Flo 401 control is designed to provide a variety of preset material dispensing profiles and will dispense different material volumes for various part configurations.

The meter accepts flow-rate commands from automation controls or can be preset to vary the flow rate during dispensing.

This feature varies the bead volume in gasketing, filling or potting applications in manual, automated and robotic dispensing manufacturing processes.

Servo-Flo 401 meter systems are used to dispense one-part materials for bonding, gasketing, coating, potting and sealing applications in aerospace, appliance, contractor, defence, electronic, filter, marine, medical, sporting goods, automotive, truck and bus assembly dispensing applications.
