Sealant Equipment and Engineering's new Mobile See-Flo 202 metering system is a cart-mounted positive-displacement meter-mix dispensing system designed to apply precision beads and small metered shots of precisely mixed resins such as epoxies, acrylics, urethanes and silicones.
It is used in two-component bonding, gasketing, potting and sealing applications in manual, automated, indexing and robotic processes.
The self-contained mobile system includes supply tanks or pumps, the See-Flo 202 meter and a manual or automatic mix-dispense valve for manual or automated material application.
The mobility feature allows the complete dispenser to move to the next product assembly area instead of moving the products to the dispensing system.
The mobile cart design improves production rates, product quality and reduces manufacturing costs in many dispensing applications.

The volume is easily and quickly changed.
The operator control panel is simple to operate and accepts dispensing commands from the dispense valve or automation panel.
The See-Flo 202 system includes a manual or automatic mix-dispense valve with seals matched to the dispense fluid and designed for long life in high-cycle dispensing applications.
Its disposable No-Flush motionless mixers dispense virtually all two-component materials.
