Leoni Special Cables is the latest company to join the SafetyBUS p Club International.

Leoni Special Cables (LSC) has many years of experience and innovation within the field of cables and cable systems.

As a member of Leoni Group, Leoni Special Cables offers high-quality products and services under the umbrella of a dynamic and rapidly developing company.

Thanks to many years of experience, high-quality and environmentally-compatible products (DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and DIN EN ISO 14001) LSC is one of the leading manufacturing companies for special cables and cable systems in the industry.

Leoni Special Cables manufactures cable and cable systems at different plants in Europe and Asia for the areas of: telecommunications, radio, automation, medical technology, equipment technology, traffic systems, and data systems engineering.

The FieldLink range from LSC offers automation technology cabling for all commonly used bus systems throughout the world, including ProfibuS, Foundation Fieldbus, Interbus, CAN, Industrial Ethernet, AS-Interface, DeviceNet and CC-Link.

Leoni Special Cables has extended its FieldLink range with bus cables for SafetyBUS p, which has recently developed into what is claimed to be the most prominent bus standard for safety systems, with over 110,000 installed nodes worldwide.

The three-core data cables come in different sheathings to suit different application profiles.

All three FieldLink lines for SafetyBUS p are suitable for flexible installation.

They are offered as standard in the ES- version the abbreviation ES stands for Easy to Strip - and for these new cables a coaxial cable stripping device (CST) is available for precise and accurate cable placement.

The cable sheath and shielding are removed in a single procedure, which saves time and reduces errors during installation.

LSC, one of the most prominent bus cable manufacturers in Europe, has been a member of SafetyBUS p Club international since the spring of 2005.
