New from Slaney Direct, the NemoteQ 8Nm spring return damper actuator NAFA-08(S)Nm Series is designed for applications in HVAC, or light industry and telecommunications.

New from Slaney Direct, the NemoteQ 8Nm spring return damper actuator NAFA-08(S)Nm Series is designed for applications in HVAC, or light industry and telecommunications.

The high quality spring return damper actuators have been designed for use with air damper, butterfly valve, characterised ball valve and globe valve with the use of special adapters.

The spring return actuator NAFA-8Nm with on/off control is also available.

The launch of the respective modulating actuator is scheduled for 2007.

NemoteQ's NVCB Series of electrically automated characterised ball valves designed for the HVAC market are now available.

The high quality automated ball valves combine the performance of globe valves with the economy of ball valves providing the best of both worlds.

The NVCB Series ball valves are equipped with a patented characterised insert in the ball.

This characterised ball design provides very high rangeability and excellent equal%age flow characteristics.

The NVCB Series valves are ideal for all automatic temperature control applications using hot water, or chilled water.

They can be equipped with a variety of economical electric actuators.

Choices include on/off, three-point and 0(2)-10V DC proportional control in non-spring-return 24V AC/DC, 230V AC.

Spring return actuators are available on request.

The Nemoteq electric actuators feature simplified mounting of the actuator to a direct coupled bracket.

The result is a very low profile unit with flexibility of use as well as fast and easy maintenance.

All actuators include a manual override lever for manually positioning the valve when the actuator is not powered.

Patented insert characterises flow for an equal percentage flow characteristic.

The characterised insert establishes a flow coefficient (Kvs) similar to globe valves, eliminating the need for pipe size correction tables when sizing valves.

They provide superior rangeability and equal percentage flow characteristic.

The low torque facilitates the use of smaller, less expensive actuators that extends valve and actuator service life.

The three-way ball valve has a T-piece design that simplifies three-way piping allowing for three-way ball valves to retrofit globe valves.

The NemoteQ EVG56 Series contains external screwed valves made from red brass in PN16 as two-way and three-way valves with sizes DN15 up to DN40.

Additionally four-way valves in sizes DN15 and DN20 are available.

The actuators for these valves are from the EAV51series, which are available with three-point control in 230 or 24V AC and with modulating control (0-10V) in 24V AC.

The actuating time can be selected between 121 and 33s.
