April was an exciting month with the start of the WTCC, Dunlop MSA BTCC and Quaife MSA British Rallycross championship.

The month started with the WTCC opener at Monza on 2nd April where Chevrolet opened its season in the best possible way with their first podium finish.

Team Halfords had mixed fortunes at the Dunlop MSA BTCC season opener on 9th April at Brands Hatch with Matt Neal finishing on the podium for the first two races but unfortunately ending the third race in the Paddock Hill barriers.

Normal winning ways were resumed at Mondello for rounds 4-6 on 23rd April.

Neal won two races with Mike Jordan, in Neal's 2005 championship winning car, picking up the third in the Team Eurotech Racing with John Guest Integra.

Lydden Hill hosted the opening round of the Quaife MSA British Rallycross championship with Pat Doran picking up where he left off last year winning both the A and SuperFinals.
