Cylinder covers are dustproof and
water-resistant
SMC has added protective covers to its range of mechanically jointed rodless double-acting cylinders.
SMC has added protective covers to its range of mechanically jointed rodless double-acting cylinders The protective covers are dustproof and water-resistant, and are available on rodless cylinders series MY1MW (slide bearing guide) and MY1CW (cam follower guide)
In addition, water resistance solid state auto-switches are available for mounting.
Bore sizes range from 16 to 40mm, and options include centralised piping, up to two stroke-adjusting units, and side support.
Other specifications include proof pressure of 1.2mPa, air cushion at both ends, operating pressure range of 0.1 to 0.8mPa (depending on model specified), and standard strokes of 100 to 2000mm.
