Distribution deal covers the UK
SMC has formed a new strategic partnership with BSL, the UK's number one distributor of industrial engineering products, appointing the company as national distributor for the UK.
SMC has formed a new strategic partnership with BSL, the UK's number one distributor of industrial engineering products, appointing the company as national distributor for the UK This means that BSL will carry SMC's complete range of valves, cylinders, FRL, fittings, instrumentation, process and vacuum products, and these will be available through the BSL network of sales branches

SMC believe that BSL can offer the pneumatics user an excellent range of value added services, as well as after sales support, training, and compressed air services.
Chairman and Managing Director, of SMC, Steve Bangs says: "The service needs of SMC customers differ dramatically over the various market segments".
"Industrial sales organisations have emerged, in recent years, as a key element in servicing the needs of the user market, and we truly believe that working alongside BSL, as a UK national distributor will further enhance our existing service levels".
Over the coming weeks, representatives from both companies will be making joint visits, to key customers to discuss future requirements.
