New digital flow rate monitors answer machine builders' demands for increasing quality while reducing final production costs, and the constant need to make machines smaller.

Series PF2-200 digital flow rate monitors from SMC Pneumatics solve the two main problems of machine builders the world over: the need to increase quality while reducing final production costs, and the constant need to make machines smaller.

Designed to be used in conjunction with SMC's range of flow rate sensors, these easy to read single monitors can operate with up to four different sensors when using the same medium - water, air, de-ionised water or chemicals.

By simply using one monitor instead of the traditional four monitor arrangement, space requirements are reduced by up to 76% and cost of materials and installation time are reduced dramatically.

With IP65 splashproof front face assemblies and IP40 main bodies, Series PF2-200 monitors offer multiple functions including, high and low value holding, key lock and display unit switching.

Depending on the medium used, models can accurately measure instant and accumulated flow rates from as low as 0.25 to 525 litre/min, and with simple to connect wiring, including e-con, ease of fitting is ensured.
