FastMaint 3.1 is a Microsoft Windows based computerised maintenance management solution (CMMS).

It is targeted at the needs of small- to mid-size organizations and workgroups.

FastMaint comes both in a single-user and a multiuser edition called FastMaint Professional.

FastMaint can be used for facility maintenance, equipment maintenance, IT network maintenance, asset management, fleet maintenance and many other types of periodic tasks.

FastMaint can help track costs, inventory use and identify future needs.

Users may plan work for the week, month, quarter, year or any period they define.

Workload balancing, a new feature, can help reduce overtime costs by identifying days with too much work or with schedule conflicts.

Users may enter feedback on jobs done and use history reports to detect problem patterns.

An addon web-browser-based work request module is also available for external users to submit maintenance requests.

Prices start at US $450 for the single-user version.

A fully functional trial version is available for download from the SMGlobal website.
