FastMaint can be used for equipment maintenance, manufacturing plant maintenance, facility and building maintenance, IT network maintenance, asset maintenance and management, fleet maintenance and many other types of maintenance tasks.

It is targeted at the needs of small- to mid-size organisations and workgroups.

FastMaint can help them track costs, inventory use and identify future needs.

Users may plan work for the week, month, quarter, year or any period they define.

Workload balancing, can help reduce overtime costs by identifying days with too much or too little work or with schedule conflicts.

Users may enter feedback on jobs done and use History reports to detect problem patterns.

The new version adds Vendor information management, enhanced reporting, work order tracking and data export/ import capabilities.

FastMaint provides extensive help including a "quick start guide" to get one productive soon.
